CHECK-IN
Check in from 2 pm until 12 pm

CHECK-OUT
Standard checkout is by 12AM.

EXTENDED CHECKOUT CHARGES
You can arrange to extend your stay for an additional £5 per hour after standard checkout time. If you decide to pay to extend your stay, you must leave by 1pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer a refund for direct bookings made over the Online, phone or via email. 10% of the total amount of booking reservation. Please bear in mind that you will forfeit any deposit held by us if you choose to cancel. Note we have a Non-Refundable deposit policy in case you cancel your reservation.

CHECK-IN-POLICIES
Check-in is from 2pm. We do not accept guests after 12pm; in case checking-in before 11pm is not possible, inform us in advance so that we can be prepared. On arrival total-booking costs, needs to pay by cash or by credit/debit card. £20 /P.P security bond is payable on arrival which should be returned at the end of stay. i.e Check-Out

FEES
All credit card transactions carry a 4% charge of the total amount of the booking. All Debit card transactions is free of charge.

STORAGE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Free of charge.
